Chad Kimbley

Chad Kimbley is the owner and operator of SERVPRO of Lee's Summit / Raytown / East Kansas City. Chad has extensive knowledge of the restoration business and holds many certifications including IICRC certifications for water removal, applied structural drying, Applied microbial remediation technician, and many more certifications. Chad's goal is to provide his customers with excellent customer service and fast response to their mitigation needs.

Brian Wagler

Brian started with SERVPRO of Lee's Summit / Raytown / East Kansas City in 2013. Brian brings an extensive knowledge of marketing and outside sales and is responsible for Business Development within our franchise.

Joey Wilson

Joey Wilson is one of our Construction Operations Managers. He has several years of experience including being a Sherwin Williams store manager for 15 years. Joey was also a Project Manage for 3 years at Great American Builders. He is certified in his ICC Class A General Building Contractor, WRT, and ASD.

Kami Snyder

Kami is the Job File Auditor for SERVPRO of Lee’s Summit\Raytown\East Kansas City. Kami is widely known inside the SERVPRO community as one of the best and most detailed Job File Auditors in the corporation. Kami's expertise in our processes and excellent organization result in extremely fast claims settlement and customer satisfaction. Kami has been employed with SERVPRO for over seven years.

Laci Williams

Laci has been with SERVPRO of Lee's Summit since 2015. Laci worked as the Office Coordinator and quickly learned her craft extremely well. Laci has proven herself to be a team player and is an asset to the franchise. She has recently taken over a new position. Laci is now the General Manager. She has her IICRC, FSRT & OC certifications.

Troy Melching

Troy has worked with SERVPRO for two years now. He was born in Illinois but grew up in Knob Noster, Missouri. He has his IICRC,WRT, and ASD certifications. He is our Project Manager at SERVPRO of Lee's Summit.

Michael Gregory

Michael is from Lee's Summit and has been working with us since October 4, 2019. He is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO and is certified in WRT. He is an uncle to two identical twin girls.

Justin Rogers

Justin has been a part of our team for about 2 years now. He is a Large Loss Project Manager at SERVPRO of Lee's Summit / Raytown / East Kansas City. He loves the outdoors and has climbed Mt. Fuji in Japan.

Nathaniel Halastik

Nathan is a crew chief here at SERVPRO and has been with us just over a year. Nate enjoys playing chess and the guitar. Also, a fun fact...he plays 3 different instruments all self taught!

Christopher Wright

Chris is our reconstruction project manager here at Team Kimbley and began his journey with us in 2021. Chris has a degree in Business/ Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. He has his Epidemic/ Pandemic Response Contractor Certification and IICRC.

Joshua Walker

Josh is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO and just had his one-year anniversary working for our team! Josh is WRT certified. Born in Lake City, Florida, Josh likes to spend his leisure time binge-watching movies and physical fitness.

Raelinn Patty

Raelinn is another one of our wonderful technicians and will have been a part of our team for one whole year this fall.

Candi Wagler

Candi recently joined our team as the Marketing Support Coordinator. She helps our Florida and Missouri teams with Franchise Training, keeping our social media up to date and hiring new team members.

Myranda Cross

Myranda is our accounting clerk and has been with us since March of 2021. She is a mother to her 11-year-old daughter, Lola. We love having her as a part of our team.

Ericka DiRe

Ericka has been with our team as a Fire Crew Chief for the last 6 years! She loves to laugh and stay positive. She definitely loves to spend time with all of her team from work!
